For their growing Baltic team, we are looking for a Controlling & Supply Chain Manager Baltics.
What you can expect
- Manage a team of two employees (FCM & CSO), setting target agreements and conducting Employee Development Dialogues
- Steer and coordinate local Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes
- Contribute to Baltic S&OP meetings with participation of: Country & Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, Registration Manager, and Forecast Manager
- Report to APW-Controlling (Net Sales, GP, Market costs, MP) on monthly basis
- Report for 3 Baltic countries, including Sales, Local costs, etc.
- Take full Profit & Loss responsibility for 2 legal entities (BASF UAB, BASF SIA)
- Be responsible for planning & reporting the Budget for AP Baltics
- Ensure consistent data input in AP Reporting and Supply Chain systems
- Be responsible for accruing Bonus/Rebates by Customer on article level in SAP and then after the season calculate the bonus and Credit each customer
- Cooperate with Sales Managers in Baltics on price and payment conditions before and during the season
- Represent Baltics in sub-regional and regional meetings
- Be an active member of the Management team in Baltics for AP
What is expected
- Higher education, preferable in Finance or Economics
- Experience within commercial and financial roles, with leadership experience preferable
- Knowledge of business management processes relating to sales activities with working knowledge of SAP and other financial tools and databases
- Proven analytical skills and strong interpretational ability in finance processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good level of competence with software packages, in particular with Microsoft Office
- Fluent Lithuanian or Latvian or Estonian and English language (both written and spoken)
