Agricultural Business Development Manager
For their growing Baltic team, we are looking for an Agricultural Business Development Manager, Lithuania.
What you can expect
- Conduct field trials (farm performance, demo, registration) with crop protection products, seeds and plant growth stimulants
- Collect and analyze trial information
- Monitor disease in cereals, legumes and oilseed rape
- Build and maintain relationships with external and internal trial station representatives
- Develop and deliver technical material to the crop managers and the sales team
- Support sales and marketing communication activities in Lithuania
- Support agronomy managers with technical agricultural solutions in the fields to maximize sales of BASF products
- Prepare and execute field days, exhibition trials
- Organize trial visits with the internal and external guests
What is expected
- Education in Agronomy
- Experience in a trial performance role
- High level of agriculture expertise/knowledge with ability to develop compelling scientific sales arguments
- Deep market and product understanding
- Good communication skills
- Good levels of competence with software packages, in particular with Microsoft Office
- A valid driving license is essential
- Fluent Lithuanian and English (both written and spoken)
